Focus Group Packages

We offer two kinds of focus group weekends, and two kinds of reports afterwards.

Single or Double-header Groups
You can opt for a single, Saturday group, or a double-header Friday-Saturday package, that adds input from 16 participants on Friday to that of the 21 on Saturday.  All group participants hear an adversarial presentation for each side delivered by the attorneys, broken into several pieces through the day. This is accompanied by written surveys and extensive verbal debriefing of the entire group by the MetaSystems moderator. Deliberations are held at the end, with the groups split into three "juries" of seven, and 2 “juries” of 8 on Fridays.

Oral or Written Reports
Oral reports on the plan for your case presentation are delivered to the attorneys on Monday, following the group.  Or, you can opt for a comprehensive, written report delivered to you three weeks after the group. Written reports include a follow up conference to review the contents with the attorney(s).

Turning Analysis Into Action

Whichever report format you choose, a second follow up conference is scheduled, to review and revise your own draft work on opening statement, voir dire sequence, topics and questions, demonstrative aids and witness prep plans. This second conference is designed to ensure you get the most value for your investment, wherever the results will be used, and is included in the one flat rate for the focus group work.
