Tess Costanzo Oliver, Managing Partner and Practice AdministratorA graduate of Syracuse University, Tess received a BS in Social Work and completed the course work for an MA in Business. She has acted as managing partner and practice administrator since 1992. Combining her strategic thinking skills with an innate understanding of sound business principles, Tess manages all firm operations and the delivery of client services.

As Eric’s partner in business and in life, Tess manages all client business communication, including contract negotiations; defining expectations and overseeing the fulfillment of firm services. Tess is also in charge of assembling the right mix of MetaSystems consultants for each client’s needs. In addition to scheduling and project coordination, she monitors the details of fulfillment and streamlines the channels of communication between clients and their consultants.

Though she is responsible for the cumulative details that add up to great client service, Tess also looks at the big picture; helping MetaSystems grow and adjust to the evolving needs of legal professionals.
